Mixed experience. Cleanliness issues and breakfast disappointment
mold breakfast variety
the hotel's location suited my needs, providing convenient access to nearby amenities and transportation.
The room was not as clean as i hoped. There was dust on surfaces and the bathroom had some mold. also, the breakfast lacked variety and the quality of ingredients was poor. it was certainly not worth the money or time. the staff at the reception desk didn't seem to care much about customer service.

panoramic view detailed directions thoughtful touches
i appreciated the panoramic view from the gym, it made each workout enjoyable. vesile kaya arranged our transportation and provided detailed driving directions. she ensured we understood how to use all the appliances, which i found very thoughtful.

i found the apartment to be very spacious. it included an open kitchen and a hall. ms. vesile cared for us . she followed up on our requests until the very end.
some basic services like supermarkets were not nearby.

the breakfast had variety. it was excellent, with diverse options available each morning. the restaurant offers a la carte options for lunch and dinner, but we found local eateries provided better value.

the reception staff were very kind. mr fatih, mrs elif, mrs zeynep, mr musa, mr suleyman, mr umut and mr can were especially helpful. the check-in process was quick and efficient upon arrival.

The apartment had a kitchen. this made preparing meals convenient, especially for the children. the rooms were cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff kept everything tidy. Sibeli karayiğit from housekeeping was very thorough.

the hotel offered free parking, available. it simplified our travel arrangements considerably. the hotel also included a pool and fitness center, both well kept and readily accessible.

Great Hotel Stay

I appreciated the apartment, it was located on a high floor. The rooms were very spacious and sound-proof. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The view from all perspectives was very good. I also enjoyed the saunas next to the pool. The gym is also quite well-equipped.
The cleanliness of the room service was not satisfactory. The floor was not vacuumed properly. The mugs were not washed. They cleaned floor wipe mats by skating them on the floor

great equipment fresh options
i'm still buzzing from my stay. the on-site gym had great equipment, it really helped me keep up my routine plus, there was a great view of the surrounding area. the breakfast buffet was very nice with loads of fresh options like pastries and local cheeses. i loved it!
the elevators were a tad slow during peak hours. it was a minor thing but worth mentioning.
